Size medium is the best size for most dogs, size large is best for very big dogs.

This only applies when it is determined that a piece is defective or there is a manufacturing flaw will a refund be issued. All customized items ordered that are Mimi Green products are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  This includes all hand embroidered items, custom monogrammed t-shirts, and any items custom ordered to a specific length or any other specification specifically requested that alters the item in any way from its original state.  If a hand embroidered item is damaged by the owner/owners, we do offer repair services for $9.00.  In addition, we can often change the size of a collar or lead to go smaller for the same $9.00 charge.  If an item is deemed damaged or unusable through manufacturing flaw or defect, the item will be replaced at no cost.
